השבוע התחלנו בצילומים לטקס יקיר/ת העיר קריית ים.אות יקיר העיר מוענק אחת ל-5 שנים בלבד, והשנה הזו מיוחדת במינה כיוון שקריית ים הגיעה לגיל גבורות ומציינת 80 שנים להיווסדה.

 

אל מול מצלמתו של ארז ביטון התייצבו 11 נשים וגברים אשר יכולים ללמד את כולנו דבר או שניים על עשייה חברתית ועל הגשמת חלומות.זה דור אחר, לא שמענו תלונה אחת, רק חתירה להשגת המטרה – שיפור ועזרה לתושבי ותושבות קריית ים בכל הגילאים ומכל הרקעים.

זו לא תהיה הפעם האחרונה שבה אכתוב על האנשים היקרים האלו, אשר חלק ניכר מהם ממשיכים להיות פעילים בעיר גם היום, ואני רוצה שכולנו נוקיר להם תודה.תודה למולה אלפו, יבגניה בסין, ישראל גבר, שוש דוד, יהודה וגנר, אורי יסוד, יוסי נמרי, עליזה אלקיים-עבאדי, חנה קריסטל, בתיה שמורק ואבי שניאור.

 

הטקס יתקיים ב28/11, נר ראשון של חנוכה, וישודר בשידור חי בעמוד העירייה.במהלך הטקס מצפה לכולם הפתעה, עם שתי ילידות קריית ים אשר חוזרות הביתה להנחות את הטקס ולהופיע. מוזמנים להציע ניחושים (רמז: ראיתם אותן על המסך לא פעם).
